What you’ll need to connect

• A Circle community on the Business plan or higher
• Community administrator access
• Browser access to complete OAuth authentication

Choose Read only during authorization unless you specifically need write operations. Full access grants admin-level create, update, messaging, and deletion capabilities; require approval before every write or delete tool call.

Circle MCP calls count against your Admin API allowance: 5,000 monthly requests on Business, 30,000 on Enterprise/Circle Plus, or 250,000 on Circle Plus Platform, with a rate limit of 2,000 requests per five minutes.
